Role Overview

To build and continue our company’s success, we require a Project Manager to join our Operations team. You will be responsible for driving and delivering the successful provision of our hotel and luxury residential interiors projects from project concept through to installation, working collaboratively across project and design teams.
You will have an innate ability to manage multiple projects, moving seamlessly and with ease from project to project, ensuring quality of product, deadlines, budget, and client expectations are continuously in focus, and milestones and commitments are achieved. Your tenacity and solution-oriented approach will enable you to quickly and easily identify roadblocks, troubleshoot issues, and anticipate challenges before they arise.

You will utilise your previous track record, experience, and knowledge of our sector to guide your success in role and support the sales process to win new client projects. You will be passionate about delivering a quality service and product for the customer, which will in turn build trust and future project opportunities.

To be successful in role, you will be a self-starter, goal-oriented, a team player, and customer-focussed. You will operate with a flexible approach, able to deliver results through others, and continuously strive for practical solutions that are efficient and effective. You will be passionate about our industry and being at the heart of helping our clients create luxurious interiors for their guests.


  • Deliver quality projects on time and within budget
  • Manage client relationships to ensure client satisfaction
  • Manage manufacturing supplier to build quality products
  • Collaborate with the sales team to win new client projects

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record working within the furniture industry with a solid understanding of how furniture is constructed
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and working across teams
  • Ability to communicate effectively across a multitude of stakeholders from clients, designers, manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
  • Strong commercial acumen supported by a strength in problem solving, planning, and organising, time and priority management and customer focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Flexibility to travel regularly for client meetings, site visits is require
