Design + Specification
We work closely with hotel groups and their interior designers to develop concept designs into full and final product and site specifications. Our services include:
- Design engineering so that the product is structurally sound & fit for purpose
- Value engineering to provide best value to the customer while maintain design integrity
- Preparation of detailed drawings and images - CAD and 3D models
- Preparation of detailed specification sheets for all purchase items
Procurement
We have a strong network of international supplier which allows us to deliver excellent value for our customer every time and with whom we have worked with for many years to develop a clear understanding of Castlebrook's requirements in the delivery of high quality product on time every time. Our services include:
- Supplier vetting & selection
- Organising quotations from suppliers
- Organising sample of materials and finishes for client approval
- In factory and on site quality control to monitor progress against plans
Project Management
We appoint a dedicated project manager to all projects that provides a single point of contact for the client and to others stakeholders of the project. The project manager typically meets the client representatives on a formal basis once a week to report progress against plans.
Construction, Carpentry, Wall + Floor Finishes, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Services (MEP)
Once the main structural shell and mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure are in place in a building Castlebrook provides a full turnkey fitout solution to deliver a complete interior. Our services include:
- Internal construction of partition walls an ceilings
- Carpentry services including door, framing, skirting, architraves, counters, desks, etc.
- Wall and Floor Finishes including carpet, wood, stone, tiling, painting, wallpaper and select decorative finishes
- Installation of sanitary ware, lighting and connection to the main MEP infrastructure
Installation, Warehousing + Logistics Services
Castlebrook provide a full installation service and localised warehousing of all FF&E items where required. We work with a leading International freight company for all our transportation and warehousing need.
After Sales Services
We provide a comprehensive after sales service to all our clients. We offer tailor made packages which are designed to meet the facilities specific needs.
